This include new workout program every month, nutritional guidance, support, accountability, email check-ins, and more based on your needs and request.

Marcia Mcdonald

I am a personal trainer in Ithaca,NY.  I  received my certification through ISSA ( International Sports Sciences Association). I found my passion for health and fitness over 7 years ago. Growing up I have always been athletic from sports, martial arts, and dance classes.
